A lovely modern wellness hotel, right underneath the most beautiful castle in the Czech republic.
Hotel and the surrounding is very quiet. spacious and elegant. Staff is also very kind and helpful. We chose this hotel for our stay for two reasons - we can travel with our dog and it said to have a nice wellness possibilities. I have to say that the hotel is not particularly dog friendly, as it does not give anything to their four leg visitors, but tolerates them and well, that was enough for us.
Wellness, as another reason of ours, was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves. The sauna part is a great place to relax, especially with the dimmed lights, music and a relax room with soft and warm blankets. Really everyone has to like this. As a hotel guests we could also use a pool with whirlpool and a salt room. You can also enjoy massage, cosmetic or hair treatment and solarium which are for to be paid. Our only down moment was, when we wanted to try polarium, which was presented on their site and unfortunately we were told that it has not been working for like a year.
One part of the restaurant has a huge floor-to-ceiling window, which makes a very nice effect and a lot of natural light. Breakfast, especially the first one was a bit of a disappointment, as oatmeal was mild, pancakes without taste and we really missed some nice fruit choice.
The evening menu looked better, though vegetarians have only one option of a main meal and that was a basal risotto, but that was super delicious so i did not complain. Mathew obviously had a steak and according to his face and full mouth it was amazing :D
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend it as it is a very nice choice for an extended weekend for relax.
